-Custom combination bags are considered one-of-a-kind and may not be available for re-order due to availability of adornments and ribbons.
-We can create true one of a kind bags for special events. Please call to discuss pricing, design and availability with us.

We make every attempt to keep inventory to fulfill your order in a timely manner, however we do occasionally experience backorders. We will ship backorders once product becomes available unless canceled in writing by fax or email
-No returns without authorization. Please email for RA request stating clearly what is 'wrong
' with order.
-if error in order is due to customer , returns may be authorized at the sole discretion of BBB. and customer shall pay for return shipping and 15% restocking fee
- bags may not be returned, unless damaged and within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. see below
-CUSTOM bags are not returnable for any reason.

-Damage Claims must be presented within 2 business days of delivery
via email email@example.com so that we all have a record of the issue. Please provide photos.
-Please note that each bag is made by hand and there will be slight irregularities
-Damage claims during shipping must be filed with delivery carrier.
-We will repair bags that your customers have returned to you within 1 ( one) month of their purchase. Please call for instructions. We will not be responsible for repairs due to misuse, animal chewing,
weather damage, normal wear and tear, or attempts to remove adornments.
-We do not allow our bags to be discounted online under any circumstances.
-MSRP is 2 to 2.5 times wholesale price
-If you wish to offer our bags on your website/catalog, you must carry sufficient inventory to fulfill your projected orders. We do not guarantee that we will have stock to fulfill your orders beyond projected quantities.
-You MAY NOT offer any bags for sale online that you have not purchased and stocked.
We do not allow our bags to be sold on Ebay and other online auction sites. We hold the right to remove your account for failure to adhere to these terms and conditions.
-We do not drop ship.

-We do not share any information that you enter into our system.
-Credit card information is encrypted after initial order is placed.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
We collect information when an order is placed on our site. We hold personal information such as name, address and phone number to allow us to fulfill your order and manage your account
We use the information you provide during the checkout process to process your orders and email your order confirmation. We do not hold credit card details.. Unless you ask us not to, we may also use your e-mail address to tell you about changes in our services or to alert you to specials, new bags and show information. You always have the option to "opt-out" of our email program at anytime. If at any time you no longer wish to receive information, emails or notices from Bosom Buddy Bags simply email us.
We do not store any of your personal information on our Site, unless you choose to participate in the "Your Account" section of our Site. By setting up "Your Account," you can create your own secure, personalized account to store shipping and billing addresses that you may wish to use on a recurring basis. This convenience will avoid your having to provide us with the same information on subsequent purchases. You will always have the right to access, modify or delete information in "Your Account."
We do store specific shipping information off of our Site, on our Order Database to be used solely for processing your order. We do not share, sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. As a retailer, we will list your store on the Where to buy section of our website.
